Do you ever feel like there isn't enough time in a day?
Unfortunately, when we feel this way we omit the most important things from our day like exercise, food prep, studying, reading, family time, and time for quiet reflection.

Lack of time should never be an excuse or limiting factor in our lives. We all have the same 24 hours in a day, but some of us have just learned to be more productive and respectful of it. There is no bigger regret in life than wasted time. You cannot buy more, make more, or get it back. Once it's passed, it's gone forever.
The next time you start to make the "I don't have time excuse" I want you to read this:
If you sleep seven hours a night and work eight hours a day, you still have 63 hours of free time every week. This amounts to 252 hours every month and 3,024 hours every single year.
If you can't carve out 5-10 hours a week to dedicate to taking care of your body out of 63 then you are just being silly and ultimately fooling yourself.
Audit your days to see where your free time is going. Are you running around "Busy" all day but not actually being productive?

Buy a journal and start tracking your time. See where it goes. How much time are you wasting? How much time do you spend on TV, Social Media, worrying, arguing about dumb things on Facebook, etc. etc.?
The true secret to getting things done is knowing what things need to be left undone!
Being aware of how you spend your time will allow you to change how you spend it. And remember that awareness must always precede change.
You can make excuses or you can make progress, but you cannot do both.
The choice is yours.
