Need a reliable nutrition guide to lose fat?!

If you are like most people I run across you have wondered what diet, nutrition, food program should you use to get reliable fat loss results.  Well, after 22 years in the business of fitness, strength, boxing, and weight loss I have found one that works and especially well for busy people who don't have time to eat more than a few times a day!   If you are a busy professional with very little extra time on your plate, but also need to drop some fat then I have your answer!  I actually have two different programs...
