How it works

Hurricane Boot Camp is an action-packed training program that combines aerobic exercise with strength training.  It will enhance your metabolism which will help you to achieve and maintain a healthy weight.  The strength component, which is so important, will make you lean and toned.  It is a tough class, but the changes will be astonishing.

  • You will work out with a TEAM of up-to 20 people.
  • Training lasts 1-HOUR, 3-4 times each week.
  • You will LOSE WEIGHT, your clothes will FIT BETTER, and you'll feel more CONFIDENT!
  • Your METABOLISM will increase!
  • Coach Jordan will be there to make sure that you SUCCEED!
  • Each class has 3-COMPONENTS:
    • Warm-up
      First and foremost, training must be safe. Warming-up increases blood-flow and oxygen to your muscles and makes them more elastic.  It is vitally important to warm-up to prevent
      injury.  It is part of every class, not something you do before.
    • Endurance Training
      These exercises will get your heart pumping and increase your endurance.  This will help you to lose weight and to maintain an active lifestyle.
    • Light Strength Training
      Mixed in with endurance training, light strength training will make you lean and toned.  These exercises will enhance your body composition, making it easier to maintain a healthy weight.
