He's a beast of a trainer. He'll work your butt off and challenge you to do things you never thought you could do. And in close to 18 months, he's never had me do anything that hurt me. I was 190 pounds when I started with body fat around 28 percent. I lost about 30 pounds in three months and I've kept it off. My body fat went down to ten percent. I'm still going to David because he always surprises me with new exercises and routines, and it's a heckuva lot of fun.

After years of trying to put on serious muscle and not getting anywhere with other trainers and coaches, I sat down and had a talk with David Wayne. His incredible knowledge of training and nutrition far exceeded anyone else. He made it very simple for me. I decided to follow his program and started growing in strength and size at a dramatic rate. I even dropped body fat while I was doing it. He is by far Portland's best kept secret in fitness
David is a great trainer. I have worked with him for a while now and I am still amazed at the continuing improvement. I am stronger and more confident, thanks to David. The workouts are tough, but they are also fun. He fits the workouts to my current abilities, yet is always challenging me to do a little more. He really enjoys all of his clients' successes, no matter how big or small. He is more expensive than the trainers at the Big Box Store chain gyms, but I can't imagine that the experience with a chain gym trainer would be as challenging and fun as working with David. Easily worth the money.
David is an awesome trainer. I attended his Svelte Body Camp and while he works you hard he makes it fun and he has a great sense of humor. He's motivating with out being mean and makes sure his workouts work for different people with different levels of fitness. This type of training may cost more than some local gyms but he gives you individual attention and makes sure you do your best.
